AKG K271 Mk2 Headphones
High quality studio or music listening headphones.
Great tracking headphones, also pleasant for listening, nice for vocals especially as they have a warm midrange focused tone. Not for bassheads or icepick fanciers.
I wouldn't mix on them as they aren't super neutral, but they give you what you need to hear when tracking.
Very good condition, very little use as they were my backup pair.
Removable/replaceable cable using a mini XLR jack.
The elastic tied to them is because I tend to hunch forward over the guitar when recording and it stops the phones slipping forward, it isn't needed in normal use and can be removed.
These have AKG's self-adjusting lightweight floating fitting system, which is very comfortable for 90% of people, but if you have a very small head or like lots of clamping pressure you might not like it so much.
The large cups accomodate large ears pretty well. Somewhat reluctant sale, but I have 5 pairs of studio headphones (including another pair of K271) and that seems like too many!
